Mambo Jumbo Night at Esplanade

Today I had learnt how to use the DSLR camera roughly, thanks to Afzal, my friend. As we walk we towards the Esplanade, we saw this event, Dains: what's your move?.

This night was cool. Saw Mambo Jumbo event at the outdoor Theater, Esplanade (Singapore). They thought the public how to dance Mambo Jumbo way with different movements for different music from the 90's. They also got stalls along the stage that sells accessories such as Mambo Jumbo t-shirts, Mambo Jumbo music CDs and drinks.

Learnt a few steps then off we went to shoot more photos.

Trip to Malaysia, Johor Bahru...

Hello people....

Yesterday overseas trip was GREAT!!! had alot of fun going to Malaysia with my family. We go there with a tour group called As-Sahar Services for their 1 day Hi-Tea & Shopping in Johor Bahru. It was only $40 and we had alot of FUN!

We readhed Johor at 10am using the Tuas Checkpoint, 2nd Link. First destination in the itinery was the trip to JARO, a handicapped society that creates hanad-made crafts such as basket, books, etc... You can actually buy their products and all at a price. They even sell 3-in-1 Coffee Mix, Television brand. Yes, you read it, it is Television Brand. Don't know whether it is nice or not but alot of people seem to buy it except for my family.

Then off we go to have a lunch + Hi-tea at New york Hotel. It was a buffet lunch. The food was good.

After that, we go to the Chocolate Factory. Saw alot of Chocolates and also alot of flavours mixed with chocolate such as Chili , Durian, Tongkat Ali, Lychee, etc... Bought just the chocolate powder though to make chocolate drink.

After that comes to Our last destination was Jusco at Bukit Indah. Bought one pair of leather shoes and i got one pair for free. The reason is that they are having a promotion 'BUY 1 GET 1 FREE'... I'M BACK!!!

HELLO PEOPLE!!! I know it has been a very long time since i update my blog and I know that you people may have the thinking that this blog is dead... well u guess wrong... Sorry for the disapperance act, I was super busy for the whole disappearing period... Well, I was searching and am still searching for jobs... Haiz, it is very damn hard being unemployed even though I live with my parents but they don't support my living. Even though, they don't support it, they still give me my transport money to go for interviews and school... Missing my Beloved Peeps... Sorry beloved peeps, no money to hang out with you all my great friends of mine...

Today, I happened to see alot of my old photos in my family computer and wow i'm amazed that i look so different back then... even though i just ORD from NS... And by the way, my NS photo is also different... I look so big during NS! Oh MY GOD!


Wtihin this few weeks, my life changed and I still don't know what makes me for what i am today... I have grown soft hearted and also more emotionally incline compared to last time whereby people refer to me as a guy with no feelings...

Being what i am today is damn hard. That's what i can say for now... Handling problems of money, friends, love ones, parents and others makes me wonder,

"WHY AM I ALL STRESS UP ABOUT THESE KIND OF STUFF!!!!"

Well, surely most of you will say that's life deal with it! Yeah life has its up and downs. That's what make us human right? Without these type of problems and emotions, we wouldn't be a very successful species on Earth today. Also, without it the world wouldn't be as interesting as now. We would be like living a life where everyday is the same. Nothing to think about. Nothing to worry about. To think about it, it might be good but what i know is that all things has its good and bad points. The bad ones is that, we would not be smarter as we would only use 1% of our brain just to do the basic stuff: eat and sleep. Being Human is what make us think and with this, it is what makes us smart. It is due to the experiences and the problem we face.

Anyways, instead of dragging this topic and will surely make you bore just by reading it, I'll tell you what had happened today.


Today, I wanted to go for my interview but my Ez-link card expired and with that I got no money to take transport. Argued with the Transitlink people about the value in my card which they said that they had refunded. And I recall that I top-up my card 1 day ago so my card value is left with $7.16, which by the way i had checked at the top-up machines in the train station before I actually go to the TransitLink Counter.

With that, I couldn't go to the interview because by the time i got home to get my money, I was late for an hour. Well, the place that i'm suppose to go for interview is at Chinatown and I live in Pasir Ris so yup. One whole morning I was stuck in Pasir Ris. Then my friend told me to purchase a NETS flash pay card whereby you get $5 extra for a $12 stored value compared to the normal Ez-link which cost $15 and you get $7 stored value.

So yeah, it took me 3 hours just to find a shop that sells the card because most of the shops, i went to in Pasir Ris, had sold out. Finally bought it at some ulu place in Pasir Ris.

Then today when I'm hanging out with my friend, it rained heavily so yeah had to run in the rain to get to E! hub. Just to play arcade and pool. Crazy right. Well, we were bored and the only interesting place in Pasir Ris is Downtown East and E! hub.

In E! hub, i saw this lady changing her toddler pampers in the public. I was saying Oh My GOD! what Pinkish ass the toddler HAS!

Well, that's my day.

Today morning was fun as we hang out at the beach with our old friend, Burhan. We as old friends from primary school met up and chat about the old times. It has been a long time since we meet. Azri still remembering about his ex-GF past and burhan worrying about his job. While me worry about my unpaid bills. Each of us has our own problems to face with. Drang and eat throughout the wee morning. Bought Itallian noodles and Pasta cheese from 7-11 store. Also we bought air bunga and pineapple drink along with Carrot juice, vitasoy, ice lemon tea, iced coffee and Pokka tea. Drank alot. damn i sound like a primary school kid.

Anyways, today test was damn tiring and also had blabbered alot of rubbish to our lecturer. TOday was my CA1 oral exam for my CRT module. We are suppose to think and also develop critical thinking methods so as to be beneficial to the current society and not be fooled by what the media says or people say.

Now we are suppose to wait for Burhan to return from his cycling trip around the park. After that, we are going to adventure around the far side of this mini huge park so called pasir ris park.
